The renting experience was overall good, but the only negative is the website doesn't add your 150 deposit so i was confused when I paid, then the salesmen says "your all set just need a 150.00 deposit" That s always bad when going on vacation and can ruin some plans. So please add this fee onto your website so people who are on a budget dont get overwhelmed! I went there thinking 200.00 was the final price cause thats what the website said.Ended up paying 350.00 but you do get the deposit back but that's money someone can use on vacation!!!!

How infuriating! So - beware - if you are using a debit card, you WILL be charged the full amount for the deposit of $150 and it will not be released back to your bank any time soon. I rented a car on Friday and returned on Saturday. As of the following TUESDAY afternoon, the deposit had not been returned. I called and explained that the customer service rep who rented me the car told me very specifically that the $150 was only a hold and would be dropped off as soon as the car was returned, however, that's not what happened at all. I was charged $235.83 total for an $85 rental and still don't have my deposit back. The rep said if he had known I was using a debit card he could've prepared me for the fact that the deposit would take time to get back but he was "under the impression" that I had used a major credit card. Don't know why he was - I gave no indication whatsoever that I was using a major card. Regional manager only made things worse. Just be aware - if you use a debit, don't count on your deposit coming back in a timely manner.

Wonderful experience. My car broke down got a rental the same day and was able to return it a day early with no fuss. This is the second time we have used this particular office. Great experience both times.
