I have only dealt with this company the few times that I have went and made my payments and every time I do they are snobby, and act like you are stupid. Even when I tried calling over the phone the lady was very rude and acted like I was an idiot because I asked simple questions. I do not recommend when it comes to customer service, and for billing systems. In fact, they keep saying that my card won't go through, which I know isn't possible, which is causing the payment day to get behind. Also, unless you are all for paying for an interest rate that is through the roof, then this is the place to go!
