The appliance sales representative was extremely friendly and offered excellent guidance towards helping me make a decision. I was very indecisive and probably seemed rude or annoyed (I've been without a range for 7 months), but he never once seemed disinterested in helping me. He definitely gave me the help I needed without being pushy.
No complaints from us, only praise.

We had a great experience with Big Sandy. Our stove died suddenly and after looking online, we picked a replacement and contacted the store to order. It turned out that the one we picked was no longer available, however, Jason Kessinger, in the Portsmouth store, ordered a different (actually more expensive) one for us and honored the original price. Jason was great to work with and arranged the delivery of our new appliance. Everything went very smoothly and we are very happy with the product and the service we received.

Looking for a new fridge and obviously I wanted the best I could get for the best price. I was overwhelmed by the choices available. Adam took his time and patiently answered all my questions and he checked stock available that wasn’t even in the showroom to help meet my needs. I was able to make an informed decision and stay within the budget my husband and I had set all due to the time Adam was willing to take to look repeatedly at the refrigerators and answers my questions. Now we are excited for delivery.
Naomi was awesome! I didn't have much time and told her what I wanted and needed. She took care of me and didn't waste my time by trying to upsell me. I'm in sales myself and know how important that can be but it is a great thing to be able to read a customer and know when it is appropriate and when it isn't. Thanks for the great experience!
