All in all it is/was a good facility for those with irregular work schedules, but did cost a bit more than the other gyms in the area.
The most positive point is that it's a 24 hour facility so you can always get into the gym. The downside was that when the gym wasn't staffed the children activity room and the back mat room were locked so activities such as the weight balls and climbing wall wasn't available for use in the evenings. Another positive was that there was rarely more than 3 people in the gym in the evening so "working in" the equipment with people doing elaborate workouts wasn't an issue.
