I Went in this store dressed very nice and several ladies asked to help me. I purchased my 13 year old daughter a 14k 18 inch chain. It broke 2 weeks later. I went to the store, after work in my dirty factory work clothes. I waited 15 minutes before someone finally asked to help me and then I was told that the chain did not come from their store, even though I had my receipt. I have never returned and have told this story to many people.
