Room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Kids enjoyed the pool. The main negative was that we had quite an infestation of ladybugs and stinkbugs in our room, which was a little gross.
This was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was train tracks right across the road and the trains ran all night long. I don't think there was any attempt to sound proof the rooms you can hear everything including the guests on the floor above plopping their shoes on the floor. The curtain was torn from top to bottom and it was in general disrepair. We picked this hotel because of the star rating on Priceline, will question that from now on.
I was disappointed they would not give me my points. that said the room was clean and comfortable, the beds were soft and I loved the pillows. There was a small amount of mildew on the floor at the corner of the tub. The hot breakfast was good but the dining area was very small, 4 or 5 squire tables that seated 4 , and a high bar that seated 5. The stoles at the bar was too high for some people to get up on. (meaning me) . Some people were taking food back to their rooms.
Room was clean. Breakfast bar just okay. Plenty of soaps/shampoos for use. However, my bathroom's toilet wouldn't flush. Co-worker in another room said her drapes had been slashed. Staff seemed not to be bothered when told of the problems.
My sister in law was going to stay the night and they graciously accommodated her. She wanted an easy to access room as she is pregnant and they did everything they could.
