I usually go through the drive thru, service is usually fast ..and food good
Great food and customer service. They stay open late too so if you're hungry at like 3 in the morning you can go through the drive thru and get some great food.
It took 3 mins for someone to stop staring at me and take my order then asked me what I meant when I ordered my food. Then i had paid to dine in while the woman was super rude by throwing my BAG of food on the counter when I had clearly stated "dine in".
The manager Jess Jess Nance is wonderful person, does mpre then expected,more than I have ever seen mananger,has at any fast food restaurant ,plus goes to college for Her R.N license .also a wonderful mother of 3 great girls and really well behaved. And takers great care of her beautiful house in Portsmouth Ohio. She should get a mother of award of the year. Thanks TAMMY Hamilton.
They've gotten my order wrong the last five times I've went there. When they replaced my cheesy potato burrito it wasn't anywhere close to it, I couldn't even tell you what on the menu they brought out to me. The staff are nice, but getting my order wrong that many times is just not acceptable
