I hace been a patient now for almost 3 years, they have changed a few things but the staff is great,however I wouldnt recommend using their pharmacy

I have been a patient here for over 4 years. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate and caring. I can usually get in to see my doctor within one day of calling for an appointment. He takes his time to explain my health, hereditary challenges and other wellness tips, including my preference for nutritional fixes or supplements. I like to try natural remedies first. They will even help people who have no insurance or a limited income. I highly recommend this family practice.
This place is not compassionate at all, my father is physically disabled to point he can barely walk or even travel . My mother is on oxygen from instellar lung disease and also has days where she barely can make it out of the house. They've called early to reschedule appointments before, but today they were told to either to make the appointment or there won't be a next time to reschedule. This was after being put on hold long enough that it was impossible to be on time for that appointment. From what I heard over the phone, my mother was talked to rudely like they were purposely missing these appointments or done a "no show" on them. The manager even said the doctor wouldn't write some of the medications and didn't have any medical records or tests from any previous practices to say this. It's sad to see my folks that are sick and legitimately in pain to point of hardly being able to go anywhere to get help to be treated this way.
Called at 8:30am with no appointment. And Paul was able to work me in his busy schedule. Truly professional and compassionate.
