I did not give them my Buisness because of how rude they were to me when I simply asked for a price range. Made me feel small and stupid.
Only problem is that they only take. Wonderful work
It took 3 weeks for only two pair of pants to be hemmed. There was nothing fancy just regular hem.
My dress cost $40. Took it here to have back torso taken in and neckline lowered. Go pick it up and cost $50!!!! Get it home and back torso STILL bubbles out ridiculously. After the way this woman was totally rude when i had my dress on and marking it with little remarks about how it was "tight" and that is the style anymore etc then charging me $50 to alter 2 pieces of a dress in which no additional material needed to be added i would hope they would have done at least what i paid to have done. The neckline was done, yes. But at this point it seems as though nothing else was even done at all. Disappointed does not even describe my feeling word. I called to explain situation. Once again, rude. Only reason i took it home to try it on was the way i was met at the shop when i walked in.. If you don't want to do the job i am paying for at this tremendously high rate than don't do it. But the frucking attitude, rate of a full day's wages for cutting and sewing a dress in 2 places, then not even doing it and be rude with me because of your lack of work ethic is just awful. The fitting went like this. I put dress on. She, as if she didn't give a damn, grabs a handful of fabric on my back sticks 1 needle in it, has me turn around and sticks 1 needle in neckline all while talking sideways smack about how tight my dress is yet for some reason it still bubbles off my back enough to fit my toddler in there with me. Supposedly they are going to fix it. She said well bring it back in. I asked is it going to cost me more considering i already paid $50 for this particular thing to get done? She says probably not. I have to see it on you though. I said ok I'll bring it back in. Then she hung up on me. Just wow. Really. Fix it or give me my money back. Very sad to treat customers that way.
I have never been treated so rudely. The owner is not very nice and I will never go back. I don't know how she keeps her business open.
