the new owners ruined this place....after almost 30 years of ordering 2 - 5 times a month, they tried to spite us over the fact we didn't like that they changed a classic item on the menu. wouldn't credit it for next time and even though it was delivered they wanted us to take it to them for an exchange that they would only honor that night around closing...we used to order cases of steak patties and cases of buns and sauce as well as $25 - $32 orders weekly. add that up for almost three decades and it is a pretty penny. we are no the only ones who are talking about the new management but I'm sure they will see if they understand how to use analytics to compare previous success to their path of eminent demise. not only did they change items without warning but everything costs more now and if you don't like what they have done to your old favorites then tough....sad but at least their is another one that's the same distance from here just in the opposite direction and since bring shunned we have realized the other store is much, much better in every aspect
