I thought a vet was supposed to see an animal in an emergency situation regardless if you had all the cash they estimate upfront! With our dog before we had to have it all upfront for them to take him in an emergency,
then the second time when he got poisoned we had it all right then and there so it wasnt an issue whether he could be helped but died anyway and now this time around i was told the samething with this animal! At the point in which i dont care if i cant pay the full price and get her back as long as her life is saved! Apply for credit that says they will let you know in 7-10days! Hows that going to help in an emergency situation! And even they know in the situation the pets going to die without care! I always thought a vet was there to save a life, not just all about the money! Which i understand needs covered, but not working with you on a percentage and letting you pay on it is insane! If something changes i will update my review!
Never go there all they want is money and will give your pet medicine without consent and charge you an arm and a leg for it

I do not recommend this animal hospital at all. I took my German shepard to them.for cremation services after she had got hit by a car. When I picked her urn up they forgot to give me her mold impression of her paw an also was supposed to return her collar with tags on it. They told me that they had accidently cremated her with the collar on her. The one lady told me that they didn't take her out of the bag that I dropped her off in so basically they don't know what they cremated. I spoke to a manager today an she changed the story to say they transferred my dog to another bag but forgot to remove her collar before the cremated her. Whatever there excuse is I trusted them with my dog that ment more than the world to me an they didnt even respect her enough to return her items to me. I will never deal with this money hungry veterinarian hospital again.
